Should each user agreement include a version number?
E.g. start with 1.0. And then each new update that is to be voted on would include a new version number and thus implicitly reference the previous version. It might make discussions about new updates to the agreement easier by being able to reference specific instances of the agreement.
But might also be overkill and we could use maybe transaction ids or other unique identifiers to refer to a specific version of an agreement on-chain.
