Bring mailing list inside tool

There has been a longstanding issue that if we need to reply to an email in the mailing list, we are essentially exposing our email addresses to requestors. I'm aware that some users have a dedicated email address for this, however, some do not. This also saves a condition where 2 users could reply to the same email at the same time

I prepose that emails to the mailing list are shown in-tool, and are able to be replied to in-tool. Hence keeping the privacy of your emails more safe and also having a constant email address that requestors can send emails too (as not everyone uses the Reply All button).

Even better would have the email, subject to standard data redacting time limits, shown in the request itself.
