[Photos App] Laggy animations/gestures while uploading

While files are uploading, the app experience becomes bad as animations lag a lot, as well as gestures. Are uploads running in the same thread as the rendering?

I'm with the same problem. The app becomes very laggy when a upload is executing and when I open the app while the thumbnails are loading. My device is the same from the @thfsilvab, a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and with the same system, Android 14 and OneUI 6.1. But my app version is 0.9.46.
