Os pipelines no github actions devem, no mínimo, conter os seguintes workflows:

  1. Build e publish do contêiner que será usado no deploy em cloud
  2. Deploy do contêiner na cloud escolhida

Alguns dos objetivos secundários, mas não menos importantes:

  1. Workflow para execute tests unitários
