Missing documentation on ship/player licenses

The hyperlink for licenses brings you to the player condition screen:

But it has no information on licenses conditions for the player.

So either the info is missing or the hyperlink is pointed to the incorrect page.

As far as I can tell, the docs are just missing.

I was thinking of making a galactic bureaucracy plugin, which requires a lot of licenses as anyone in government knows and ran into this.
