[Issue]: Music randomly stutter glitches until reload

Describe the bug

I've searched all over for a possible solution for this but found nothing. So far the games that I have played (Billy Hatcher, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, and TMNT) at random the music will just glitch out and stutter the last note or 2 until I either reload the stage or whatever will load music again to get it to work again. Most times resetting the game will fix it and stop it from happening again for a little while. This just happens to the music and not the sound effects as those still work just fine during.

SanDisk Ultra SD Card

Expected behavior

I tried the setting to emulate read speed in case there was some reading issue but still it happens.
