  "text": "I know everybody is in the same boat. college classes and everything is going online, but I just suck at doing online classes like this. I don't even feel like I'm going to school anymore, i'm so disconnected from my learning and all of this online stuff has had my GPA tanking. \n\nthe switch to online classes has me terrified, I'm not one of those students who have great personal-skills that allows online schooling to be a breeze. Being in the classroom environment was so helpful for learning topics like Math and Chemistry, being in such an isolated environment in front of a computer is just not the same. Programs like MyMathLab have completely drained me of any excitement I had for online classes, I just can't fucking do this online stuff\n\nWhy should i jeopardize my grades by going online for the next year, when I can take a break and re-enlist when the schooling is back to normal? But then I get called a pussy for just not dealing with it, I just hate this so damn much",

      "text": "I\u2019m taking this upcoming year off. I\u2019m nervous I\u2019ll have serious FOMO because all of my friends are going back, but I feel really good about my plan. I\u2019m still taking two online classes, nannying full time starting mid August, and have a great internship. Plus, I\u2019ll have peace of mind that if the p*ndemic shit starts getting extra bad, I will be less financially invested and will have my family to lean into for support. \n\nI\u2019m just saying this so you know that you *do* have a choice and you\u2019re not alone. My university has been really great with putting me on \u201cmedical leave\u201d so I don\u2019t lose my scholarships or my work-study job.",

      "text": "If you feel you can't perform at your best abilities in these conditions then do the next best alternative to school. But make sure you have a plan on how you will use your time while not in school so it benefits you in the long run. You are not weak for knowing what is best for you.       "text": "I really recommend to most people unless they absolutely have to stay in school for this year (either because they have a ton of loans that they couldn't afford to start paying back yet, a scholarship, or they are super close to graduating) to take some time off if they feel the need to. This has been a pretty tough year in general and its important to understand your limits and take a breather if you need to.",

If you strongly feel it will benefit you to sit the remainder of the year out then do so. It\u2019s your education and your progress. Not anybody else\u2019s.",

      "text": "Recognizing your own limitations is not being a pussy and fuck everyone who's telling you that. \n\nFind something productive to do -- think about what that's going to be before you finalize your decision. It's going to be a lot harder than normal which is why you should spend some time thinking about it.",
