Mechanism for building only the controls you use #1

I'd like to see ember-controls contain a large number of controls, so we should have a way to build only the controls you want to use in your app.

Perhaps a simple fix for now is to tweak the Rakefile to accept a list of controls to include:

rake CONTROLS="select pagination_button"
