Soon we won't be able to install it propely. Maybe we need to remove it, create alternative

All packages with deprecated configurations are advised to move before 2026.

Hmm, I was actually considering removing the speed tests from v2 (no one uses them, and they are distinctly different from other tasks). @isaac-chung added it originally so would love his opinion.

Make sure that there is a warning trying to run the speed tasks.

The original desires for a speed task were from #848. If we think these no longer apply, we should remove the related tasks and files.

I guess we figured out that size was probably a better proxy than runtime (given that people run it on different systems
