Should we add a "document" or "wiki" category? #2

I think we should add a "document" or "wiki" category and use this category to put long article, which can get an identity html path. this can make reference article easier....

I regard "wiki" as the document created by “multi-person”, and……am sorry to say that
the "blog" category is enough to satisify the current situation.
