Unable to unregister MBeans java.security.AccessControlException: access denied

While this is most probably not an issue with the provided arm64 elasticsearch docker container, I can't find anywhere a way to fix it.
I can install your provided container without a problem, however when I want to start it I get the following java error:
2022-02-28 05:28:13,884 pool-1-thread-1 ERROR Unable to unregister MBeans java.security.AccessControlException: access denied ("javax.management.MBeanServerPermission" "createMBeanServer")

Did you see this error as well at some stage and have an idea how to fix it?
