is this package needed for the ec2-consistent snapshot? I got error on this part.

Have you tried installing this module via CPAN? I see a recent release of this module here: http://search.cpan.org/~abh/Mozilla-CA-20110301/lib/Mozilla/CA.pm

I commented the line #12 and tested ec2-consistent-snapshot. So far it's working on Ubuntu Lucid with mongodb-1.8.1.
