I have a ROM called "B.O.B." - the game is present in the thegamesdb database but ES-scraper does not find it. Same with "F-Zero". I don't see where the problem is.

I would like to second this issue. It doesn't appear to happen with all games that have special characters in the name, but at least some of them. Certain special character combinations are being lost, either in the regex used for name/title resolution, or perhaps in the subsequent URL post to thegamesdb.net. In any case, here are some specific file names that ES-Scraper has recently failed to resolve for me:
B.O.B..smd
R.C. Pro-Am.nes
R.C. Pro-Am II.nes
I've tried scraping with several alternate file names - omitting periods and hyphens and the like - but I've had no luck as of yet. If it matters, this is on a Rasberry Pi Model B and I am using the latest script and from github.
