General changes - suggestions:

• Make sub-headings of some sections linkable too i.e. ones with a lot of information e.g. Useful Links, or Services in Norway, Metadata standards (for microscopy) and appear them in section overview box.
• Remove the word 'Cheat Sheets' in grey boxes for HTS on main page
• Remove duplicated HTS title on main page

How do we make sub-headings linkable and appear in right panel? at least for pages with lots of information.

This is happening automatically based on the toc settings in _config.yml

Ok I see now why, as compared to marine metagenomics page, headings in other pages do not seem to appear in table of contents.
