Based on my quick review of the human data page, I request the following updates:
DisGeNET, PMut, IntoGen, BoostDM, Cancer genome interprete these resources are mentioned in the text but they do not appear to provide specialised data management solutions for human data. They appear to contain or analyse data from human as a species. These tools should either be removed from the text or the RDM capability they offer should be described further.
ChipSummitDB, HumanMine, OTP, PAA, The Genomic Standards Consortium (GSC). These are the tools in the table but not mentioned in the text. These appear to focus on analysis of data from human as a species, not providing RDM solutions tailored to sensitive human data (relating to the considerations outlined in the page). So I recommend either these to be removed from the tools table and the page, or they are described in the solutions section by maing the link to the considerations outlined in the page.
I recommend a second editor verifies that the above suggestions are appropriate given the page scope and content.
There is no mention of ELIXIR Human Data Communities. This should be described and added to the tools table as a resource.
There is information on ethical compliance that is not of a sufficient depth. When the planned ELSI page on is created then Human Data page can link to it. These paragraphs can be moved and the human data page can simply link to the ELSI page.
There is material on information security, which could be moved to a standalone page.
