SH2: EE instant crash after launching.

Hey there, I've been playing Silent Hill 2 Enhanced Edition for quite some days now. Back after 15 years. But im experiencing a issue where i launch the exe file of the game and it shows a black screen that crashes and minimizes in my taskbar. everytime i click it just repeats the same process over and over again. Please take a look at my issue. Thank you
