It would be great if etest provided code coverage information. Perhaps leveraging another tool for implementation, such as:

Install via:
gem install bashcov
Then, you just prefix bin/etest with /home/marshall/.gem/ruby/2.5.0/bin/bashcov -- ./bin/etest
bin/etest

Then after the run, you can see your results in file:///home/marshall/code/ebash/coverage/index.html#_AllFiles
