Issues downloading projects and individual chapters

I made a project with Eleven Labs, but I can't download it.

I tried changing browsers (Chrome, Safari, Brave, Firefox, Edge), downloading from the incognito browser, from PC and Mac, using a foreign VPN (NY and Zurich), but it didn't help.

When I try to download individual chapters, it crashes and clears the download at around 6.1 MB.
Coincidentally I manage to download some chapters after a long time. But not all!

I have a Creator profile at $22/mo. What I'm doing is a pilot project, but if I can't prove that Eleven Labs is the right product...

Can you support me? How do I download the project? Can you help me? I urgently need it!
I wrote several times (on Discord, on help support on website) without ever receiving an answer to the problem.
