UI Improvement: make "call status" text more visible

Hi,
audio call status text in the top of the screen visible very poorly. For example , when you are outdoors and holding you phone in hand.
The text on the top of the screen is too light on light background (you can see this in the attachment)

Is it possible to make this text more contrast and visible with background.
