Right click on .gif image, "Copy image", A still .png image of a single frame from the .gif resides in buffer

Steps to reproduce

1. Start in any active chat session
2. having right clicked on a .gif image.
3. Paste, or ctrl-v and encounter NOT A COPY.

Outcome

What did you expect?

I expected a copy of the .gif

What happened instead?

I got a single frame in a .png which obviously almost no one would need.
