Run the Docker image and have it not use root privileged
Increased security, usage in environments where root in container is not available
Use the image nginxinc/nginx-unprivileged for example

Sorry, something went wrong.
You could keep both images (like nginx does with nginx-unprivileged) to avoid breaking current users
Either sounds sane to me, its up to that contributor if they're still around to pick or for someone else if they wish to take over the contribution
Successfully merging a pull request may close this issue.
