Steps to reproduce

  1. Where are you starting? What can you see?
    After I uploaded my 4k video on to Element using my Galaxy S24 Ultra, when i tried to play the video on an another Galaxy (m32), it started to blacken the screen

Outcome

What did you expect?

I expect the 4k video to play proprerly

What happened instead?

The 4k video starts to blacken instead of playing proprerly

Please note that the 4k video that i uploaded can still be played proprerly using the element desktop client on my Windows 11 23h2 machine and my Linux Mint Cinnamon 22 secondary laptop (flathub).
