Notifications from Matrix not received on Wear OS 4 watch

Description of the issue

Notifications from the Matrix app are not being received on a Wear OS 4 watch, even though all notification settings are enabled and the watch is correctly connected to an Android 14 phone.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the Matrix app on an Android 14 phone.
2. Enable notifications for the Matrix app.
3. Connect a Wear OS 4 watch to the phone.
4. Check if notifications are received on the watch.

Expected behavior

Notifications from the Matrix app should be received on the Wear OS 4 watch.
