Merchant payments payment page can better indicate payment event

As the current time, when an unpaid invoice payment page is displayed and the server marks the invoice paid and notifies the listening page, it just updates it with paid state as if it was visited later.

It should do something like show a "Payment received" or "Payment received ago" display of some kind and do whatever else makes sense.
