Possibility to just run a script with a new_item

My Idea is based on: #265

As we now can hide items dynaicly it would be great to have the ability to run also a script when hitting a menue item.
therfor a script on href woud be perfect.
Yaml coud look like this:

js_variables:
  hide_admin: true
....
  - new_item: true
    item: Admin
    href: |
       [[[
          if (hide_admin) hide_admin = false;
          else hide_admin = true;
       ]]]
.....
 - item: Logs
   hide: [[[ return hide_admin ]]]
 - item: HACS
   hide: [[[ return hide_admin ]]]
 - item: dev tools
   hide: [[[ return hide_admin ]]]
....

Your code doesn't make much sense because the variables of the plugin are inmutable and the href option expects a string. I think that what you want to achieve is to hide and show some elements when clicking in one of the items in the sidebar, is that right?

It is not needed, if the code doesn't contain a return statement it assumes that you want to return the code. If there is a complex code with variables you need to add the return or it will be invalid, but for one line code you can omit it.
