Blank space or horizontal bar for separations

Thanks to @elchininet for all the great capability! This should really be part of HASS, but until then I depend on this custom plug-in. As for my question: is it possible to insert a blank space or, even better, a horizontal bar so I can have sections in the sidebar?

Similar to this one. It is something that could be considered if it is requested for a substantial amount of users.
