What should be investigated.
What technology/product/concept should be investigated?

When this issue is done.

Investigate if it's possible to connect the nodes to sync the time locally within the cluster if upstream servers are not accessible.
This way if we would loose internet, the clock would still be synchronized between the nodes even though it's not synced with the global clock.

What artifacts should this produce.
How should the knowledge gathered from this task be captured.

  • Investigation document describing how hard it is to implement this if it's even possible.
