Aggregations do not work because of disabled fielddata

During the "employee" tutorial, an example of how to show the most popular interests, is given:

Unfortunately this doesn't work because fielddata is disabled on text fields by default, so the query results in an error. Perhaps it could be a good idea to give instructions at the very beginning of the tutorial, to create a mapping on the index which sets fielddata to true on that specific field? I understand it might be confusing for new users, but still.
