moonwatch update to include weather, time of day, season and game time

Add info about weather, time of day, season and game time. E,g. output from the genie plugin that does a similar thing:

Some options to toggle on/off display of certain data and/or how certain data is displayed would be nice. Here's some of the options the similar genie plugin provides:

Maybe change how moonwatch tracks and/or its purpose. E.g. what is tracked locally and what is tracked by other lich users and/or migrate moonwatch to just be error correction instead of data collection.

Honestly moon watch as error correction is an amazing idea. I have all the relevant tabs and info open and ready to do this, I just haven't had time yet. Thanks for filing this.
