We're not allowed to use, build, improve (and therefore contribute to) or even download this project without a license. Please add a license.

Because you're distributing the Tuxedo driver, the license you choose will have to comply with the license it uses. AFAIK, the GPLv2 license only allows software to be redistributed with the same set of requirements as itself, so the easiest license to choose is GPLv2
