How do we deal with fees for stripe users with CiviXero #160

I've just implemented Stripe on a site with CiviXero integrated - the fees that come in from Stripe have the stripe fees deducted (differs from some processor who add a monthly charge) - I'm wondering how you deal with the stripe + xero + fees @mattwire
