Describe the bug
The tenant-portal app hangs with message Loading... which seems keycloak is not getting initialized.
Also the latest version and the version of the keycloak images are different due to which vc-issuance theme is missing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Clone the main/latest released.
  2. docker-compose -f docker-compose-vc-issuance.yml up -d
  3. Update keycloak theme to use vc-issuance
  4. Try to access tenant-portal.

Expected behavior
Application should run properly
