Integration of 3rd party Digital Vaccine Credential via APIs?

Hello,
Does the DIVOC system allow integration of 3rd party Digital Vaccine Credential via APIs? While there is currently a facility to generate a QR code, can we have a way to use the overall DIVOC platform to connect to 3rd party Vaccine Credential platforms via APIs where a digital credential is issued that may or may not be in the form of a QR code?

btw, DIVOC generated digital certificate is in JSON form, when making PDF certificate it renders QR code.

One can add an additional consumer plugin to create its own digital certificate. certificate_signer module can be replaced.
