APIs for vaccination

Is there an API for immunisation incident recording or the system does not intend to? Also, any specific reason why you wouldn't take inspiration from FHIR immunisation incidents and evaluations?

Sorry for the late reply, There is plan to use FHIR coding however standardization / codification of vaccines are not available yet. Once it becomes available schema can support it. Right now certification is json ld based w3 verifiable cred. most of terms are from schema.org.
