scripts/ques5.tcl fails trying to use deprecated eggdrop API? #1699

I was curious, and loaded the shipped with eggdrop scripts/ques5.tcl into a current eggdrop version.

immediately ive got:

[12:04:00] Tcl error in script for 'timer1':
[12:04:00] can't unset "nick": no such variable
[12:04:00] [m->] MODE #testchan42
can't unset "nick": no such variable
    while executing
"unset nick file1 file2 dir fd1 fd2"
    (procedure "do_ques" line 152)
    invoked from within
"do_ques"

fix or remove?
