Android doesn't honor placement.horizontalMargin #26

Here is a capture of Android with the following configuration:

placement:
  {
    verticalMargin:70,
    horizontalMargin:16,
    height:213.75
  }

On Android it is left justified.
This works on iOS and properly uses a left margin of 16px.
