Now it's an official W3C Recommendation https://www.w3.org/TR/2024/REC-rdf-canon-20240521/, Serializer should support the RDF Canonicalization algorithm (RDFC-1.0), probably via a new parameter.

Yes, I concur.

My current plan is to integrate in one of the current implementations of this recommendation, e.g., https://github.com/Wimmics/corese.
