I’ve got an ADT (Sercomm) model # DBC835 v2, firmware V1.0.01R36, doorbell camera I’m trying to get the RTSP feed from. (It’s Wifi only, best I can tell.)

I believe I’m able to reset it successfully with a ~10 second press of the reset button on back. That at least resets the camera’s Wifi configuration, and I can join the camera’s Wifi network where it allows me to configure its Wifi. Doing anything else, though, prompts me for login credentials.

The FCC filing I can find, plus everywhere ADT cameras in general are mentioned, shows ‘administrator’ is the username with a blank password. That doesn’t work.

Any ideas? Am I not resetting it completely?

Might help: I had the same issue on an OC830 but found the reset was around 15 seconds. Then it worked with Administrator and blank pass
