Missing interactions in real space Hamiltonian

Some nearest neighbor interactions that exist in the central unit cell are not being accounted for by the code. The missing interaction appear in BLG for supercells with unit cell repetitions greater than 15. The missing indices are adjacent, for e.g., 95 and 96, 89 and 90 are absent.
