Promote your vscode plugin via MP vscode extension pack

As you may know, we have VSCode Extension Pack for MicroProfile, which will be added to Java Overview page at the end March release of vscode. We would like to promote all of MP implementations via this extension pack. At the moment, we have Open Liberty, Quarkus and Payara.

@cesarhernandezgt would you like to add TomEE to the list? KumuluzEE?

Once you have done the vscode plugin, you can either raise an issue or made a PR on MP VSCode Extension Pack gitrepo.

Glad to add any MP impl that has a VS Code extension to the list. Feel free to submit a PR directly to the repo that Emily mentioned above or file an issue.
