Bug Description:

I installed a plugin MarsCode AI in theia-cloud, but cannot login to use it. The same problem occurs in electron.

In the desktop version, I got the error message in the screenshot below:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Install extension MarsCode AI: Coding Assistant.
  2. Click the Login button in the Notifications card.
  3. Nothing will happen in the app and you can get the error message in the console.

Additional Information

  • Operating System: macOS Sequoia 15.1.1
  • Theia Version: theia cloud 1.56.2 / theia electron 1.49.1
