in tester.groovy getJunitCmdTemplate uses a VM argument 'CMSClassUnloadingEnabled ' which is not recognized in Java17

"Unrecognized VM option 'CMSClassUnloadingEnabled'
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit."
