Twitter API v2

Twitter announced the next version of their API recently - https://blog.twitter.com/developer/en_us/topics/tools/2020/introducing_new_twitter_api.html - this isn't an issue with the plug in at the moment, but eventually the calls to v1.1 of the API will need to be switched over to the new version

I've looked a bit at what they announced and we might have more changes to do than just switching the calls. The first endpoints that have been released are not very interesting for us (search and user profiles), we'll have to wait a bit more to see if we should be worried or not. On a brighter side, they plan to add things like polls.
