Editorial interface to manage scheduled events

I want to be able to easily update date specific events that have expired or been re-scheduled
So that I can remove them or edit them to show a new date

• I can find all events in the past
• I can bulk delete from this list
• I can set the date for the next occurrence through a bulk mechanism
