ubuntu install does not work

Following instructions from README:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:easymodo/qimgv
sudo apt update

gives me an error:

E: The repository 'https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/easymodo/qimgv/ubuntu mantic Release' does not have a Release file.

On Ubuntu 23.10

[easymodo]

It's been in the official repos for some time

So skip adding my old repository and just try

apt install qimgv
