[suggestion] Address/remove mentions of XQueryServlet #569

As per eXist-db/exist#555 and discussed during today's Community Call, XQueryServlet is deprecated and may be removed as soon as eXist 6.

The eXist documentation has 11 mentions of XQueryServlet: https://exist-db.org/exist/apps/doc/search.html?q=xqueryservlet. Code search points to 4 files: https://github.com/eXist-db/documentation/search?q=xqueryservlet.

These instances should be removed in tandem with the eXist 6 release.
