If the files (I mean the files in the Download folder) and the download task are both removed then you restart the aria2, and your deleted files will be downloaded again but there is no task on ocdownloader. So I think the download task is not truly removed, it will be restored after restarting the aria2. It seems that you have to delete the session data as well, but ocdownloader doesn't delete the removed task's session automatically.
