Localized App Name in Title Bar

Actually this is a feature request issue.
I use chinese mandarin in my nextcloud instance, and all the other plugins have a localized name in the title bar except ocsownloader(as you can see in the image below), which is not very beautiful.

I think there may be 2 different ways to fix this:

1. Change the title name as what other apps do, and I(or other people) could do the translation job. (I may use 离线下载 or 下载 as the chinese title name)
2. Provide a costumizable setting of the title name. The admin could change the title in setting to whatever they like.

English is not my first language, please forgiving me my mistake and typo. Any question is welcome to avoid mistake. 😢

I am going to add a translation string to the next release. May take some time until it will be visible.
