extraction of questionNumber and InstrumentNumber

the script trys to extract questionNumber and InstrumentNumber from the JSON files but they are not part of the JSON. I think they have to be extracted from the file/folder?

For now I commented out these lines to make the script work. For future, we need to extract them correctly in order to check the excel file properly, I think.
