roller should present a warning and a link to private endpoint upon services initailization

Currently by default roller uses public endpoint for mainnet.
this endpoint, in all services, is not reliable.
We should present a warning in roller init (or eibc init) or any components that can run independently with a link to getting a private endpoint.

it should say something like (only for mainnet):

"Warning! by default roller is using a public endpoint which is not reliable. for production usage it's highly recommended to use a private endpoint. A freemium private endpoint can be obtained in the following link https://blastapi.io/chains/dymension"

the user should be prompted if he wants to continue with default endpoints or supply the custom ones.
